When we play our roles in our professional lives; our “roles” can be affected by insecurities, failures and self-esteem issues. In this session, we will review the Sandler Training I/R Theory… Identity vs our Role. Too many of us stay within our comfort zones and with the disruption of our lives with Covid-19, many of us will fall further into it…why? Because that is our mentality. Let’s breakout of our comfort zone and learn how to be consistent winners vs “at-leasters”…(at least I tried). There is a fine line between the two, learn to be a consistent winner. And former owner of Total Peak Performance- a leadership & sales training company for over 20 years.
