What tax strategies should you be aware of in 2022? Discussion will include entity formation, tax planning opportunities, and tax minimization strategies. Understanding taxes and the applicability to your business can be intimidating. Recent tax law changes and future proposed tax reform will be discussed. Matthew Andersen, CPA, Tax Manager, Shepherd & Goldstein Business Consultants & Certified Public Accountants will present.
