"A financial business plan is created by gathering all the components of the business and expressing them in numbers – both revenue and startup expenses. Every business plan needs a cash flow projection. The rest of the plan tells the story of the business and how the company will execute that plan. This workshop will discuss everything that goes into the Financial Information section of the Business Plan.
